Mandate reporting.

Full transparency on the pipeline we build for you: every qualified opportunity and introduction, reported across all seven steps as it moves.

Every introduction at companies like these was reported to our clients as it moved

Glass towers at blue hour, looking up

What most pipeline reporting leaves out.

Activity is easy to count. What matters is where each opportunity stands, how far coverage has reached and whether the standards you set were held.

01The challenge

Activity counted as progress

Approaches and replies are inputs. They do not prove the right person engaged.

A gap in most reporting

How we address it

Every qualified opportunity reported with the evidence behind it.

  • Accepted opportunities counted on their own
  • The evidence behind each one

02The challenge

Demand that cannot be forecast

Without a record of each stage, next quarter’s pipeline is a guess, not a forecast.

Standards no one can check

Without a record of every approach, there is no way to see your standards were held.

A risk to your standing

How we address it

Your standards applied to every approach, and shown in the report.

A representative view from one mandate. It describes past work, not current activity, and every opportunity was screened against the client’s criteria before it was reported.

A record of every approach made in your name.

Approaches run across direct, warm and partner channels at once, and every approach, response and introduction is tracked and reported to you.

Messaging and compliance guardrails govern each approach before anything reaches the market. You set the standards, our team enforces them, and the report is where you see that they held.

Each stage is reported against the one before it. On this mandate, about one in four accounts moved forward at every stage, from the accounts assessed to the opportunities qualified.

When each report reaches you.

When each stage starts and what reaches your team. Once built, the intelligence and distribution keep running, and so does the reporting. Timings vary by mandate.

  2. Weeks 3 to 4

    Intelligence and architecture

  3. Month 2

    Distribution and validation

We go to market on your standards and qualify every response.

What reaches youQualified opportunities, each with its evidence and an agreed next step such as a meeting.

  4. Month 3, then every quarter

    Compounding performance

We adjust segments, messaging, channels and cadence to what works.

What reaches youEvery approach, response and introduction reported, and a sharper mandate each quarter.

Questions about reporting.

How long does reporting run?

For as long as the mandate runs. Once built, the intelligence and distribution run continuously, and so does the reporting.

Do we need a reporting function of our own?

No. Reporting runs on the infrastructure we operate on your behalf, so you do not build a research, data or revenue-operations function, unless you ask us to build the infrastructure in-house for you.

Does the reporting change the mandate?

Yes. What each response shows feeds back into which segments are approached, what is said and which channels are used, so the mandate gets sharper every quarter.

Are the figures on this page a forecast?

No. Every figure describes one completed or representative mandate. They show the kind of record you receive, never a promise for yours.
