Where transactions span six or seven figures and buying groups are complex, the conventional model’s economics fail in three places, each of which our work is built to answer.
01The challenge
Talent costs
At transactions of six and seven figures, the cost of the talent required rises exponentially.
Where the economics break
How we address it
One coordinated system, with nothing for you to hire or manage.
Our work begins where one new client carries significant value.
Our work begins at an annual contract value of high five figures, six figures and above, with lifetime value in six or seven figures. Below that line, the infrastructure cannot be justified, and we say so before you have spent anything.
From that point, everything about demand generation changes. Success requires four things together, held through long and complex buying cycles.
When one new client carries that value, all four are justified together, on a single mandate, which is why every mandate is fully managed.
Below the line, no single new client is worth enough to fund them. The line is set by what one client is worth, not by the industry, so every market we serve shares it.
Most are answered by figures you already know. Where they leave the question open, diligence closes it, at our cost and before any engagement.
What if our relationships are short?
The standard at this tier is lifetime value as well as contract value. A longer relationship, or a stronger margin on the same contract, is what carries one client into six figures. Three figures from your own accounts are enough to show where you sit.
Is our industry part of the test?
No. We are industry agnostic by design. Our thesis applies across 40+ industries and the hundreds of sub-verticals beneath them: wherever a valuable offering is sold into a market where generic demand generation is insufficient.
When is further assessment needed?
Complexity can carry a mandate that contract value alone would not. Above the threshold a decision is typically shared across a buying group, and the cycle runs for months rather than weeks. If that is your market, the buying complexity assessment is the better place to start.
Why do you say so before any engagement?
Because the boundary decides whether our work can pay for itself. We assess it in diligence, at no cost, and we are candid when the economics cannot support a dedicated demand channel.
