When we are not a fit.

Not every market needs the demand channel we build and run. Where the conventional model serves you better, we say so early, before either side commits.

Where the fit is right, our clients go on to meet decision-makers at companies like these

A glass canopy between office blocks

Fit is established before any engagement begins.

Four criteria, none a verdict on your business.

See the seven-step architecture
01The challenge

Market fit

Buyers are hard to identify and reach, and generic demand generation falls short.

Sophisticated buyers

How we address it

We decline when the conventional model already works for you.

  • Your current channels already deliver at volume
  • A short pitch is enough to win the sale

02The challenge

Ticket size

Annual contract value per client of high five figures, six figures and above.

High-value clients

How we address it

We decline when one client’s value cannot justify the infrastructure.

  • Small to mid-ticket contract values
  • Low lifetime value over the relationship
Calculate lifetime value
03The challenge

Complexity

A buying group agrees, over months rather than weeks.

A shared decision

How we address it

We decline when one or two decision‑makers decide within weeks.

  • Sales cycles of two to six weeks
  • A decision one person can make

04The challenge

Timeline

Room to build market intelligence and improve over successive quarters.

Room to succeed

How we address it

We decline when the deadline is shorter than your own sales cycle.

  • Revenue expected within a quarter
  • No room for the mandate to sharpen

The mandates we decline, and why.

Beyond the four criteria, we tell you plainly and early.

Weak margins.

Customer economics come first. When little margin remains on each contract, one new client cannot justify a dedicated, high-value approach.

A market too small to sustain demand.

Where too few reachable accounts remain, or the market has already been worked through, there is no lasting channel to build, however strong the offer.

No one to own the response.

Each qualified opportunity needs a named person to respond, issue the proposal and follow up. Without that owner, opportunities stall, however well they qualify.

An offer clients have not yet bought.

We do not test an unproven offer on your market. We need evidence that customers already buy the result before we take it to the rest of your market.

No capacity to deliver more.

Opportunities arrive at a pace agreed with your team. If delivery cannot absorb more clients, more opportunities add pressure rather than growth.

No repeatable sales process.

Qualified opportunities need a process to enter. Without a repeatable way to take a conversation to a close, more opportunities do not become more clients.

A deep stack of glass slabs with gold edges

A market must hold enough for a second round.

Every mandate needs a market deep enough to outlast its first round. We size that market in four steps, so the scope holds the commitment we can defend, never an inflated market size.

Duplicates, existing relationships, unreachable accounts and companies you cannot serve are set aside first. What remains must support the agreed engagement and a second round without exhausting it.

  • The universe of reachable accounts
  • Coverage, with real access to the buyer
  • Conversion to accepted opportunities
  • The commitment that follows

Test your market against the criteria.

Four conditions describe the markets we accept.

The cost of an initial assessment.

Nothing: diligence is at our cost, and nothing is signed until both sides are aligned.

In the first conversation, wherever the answer is already clear. A draft scope is produced only where alignment exists.

A company that meets the contract-value threshold but falls short on lifetime value warrants a different assessment from one below both. Retention and margin can change the economics of a client relationship, and you can explore those figures before the discussion.

Your industry. We are industry agnostic by design: the problem we solve appears across 40+ industries and 200+ sub-verticals. A market we have never worked in is not a reason to decline.

We own the mandate, end to end, and that responsibility begins with declining mandates we cannot deliver. If the structure cannot support an engagement, we explain why before we decline.
